Nice!
I bought the same watch new (I paid $110 for it at the BX) in 1986, right after my daughter was born. It's been interesting watching the 6309's become popular today for the reasons you mentioned, it's a classy watch. That's something I've know for 16 years

Nice pictures and a nice review! Makes me want to strap on my 6309, but I can't. It's in the shop getting it's first overhaul.
