He's wearing a LandMaster Kinetic ...
which he also helped develop (I believe he is the head of the Prospex division, but can't confirm). It appears to be LandMaster SBDW002. It is the Naomi Uemura limited edition (Uemura is a Japanese who recently travelled by dog sled to the North Pole) which was released in 2000. Only 700 units were produced.
He is holding a 1000m Prospex Quartz, which he also helped to design.
