I noticed that the other day and wondered...
if any in-the-dark Special Op went wrong because one of the team members blew his charge 30 seconds ahead of the planned time. Although they sync'ed their watches at HQ (under normal light), in the excitement of the op, it's very easy for the watch wearer to forget that the lum is on the "tail" end of his second hand.
