The continuing 6105-8119 saga, and a question....
Some may remember I've been posting about a 6105-8119 that is for sale here locally, in _*amazing*_ condition, with box and papers, but wrong strap. To recap- seller originally asked $1000. Then I got a price a couple weeks later of $700. Then a couple weeks after that it was down to $600.
Today I walked in and offered $300. They "have to check with the owner, it's on consignment and he's willing to let it sit here."
so I say: "I collect these, I follow their sales on ebay, and $300 is _*all the money*_. Here's my name and number".
And my question:
I've seen on the reference page that 8119's should have a unidirectional rotating bezel with clicks. This one seems to go either direction. Any opinions?
