Here's a 200M Professional diver from Mr. Tokunaga's watch museum...
According to Mr. Tokunaga's description, the 200M Professional diver shown here has what seems to be a standard two-piece case, but has "15 new technologies" built into to make it suitable for saturation diving -- like a reinforced glass screw ring (just like the 600M diver), L-gaskets for the glass, etc. The 7C43 movement is also supposed to offer the same performance as the 7C46 but in a smaller size.
Perhaps Mr. Tokunaga is the person to ask about the shrouded 200M diver.
