I'd prefer a 6105
But frankly it's only because I've yet to see one up close (the movement that is). The 6309 is a nice movement and very sturdy while exhibiting many of the very modern (cost saving?) features of the 7s26. I don't care for it as much as the 7s26 personally but very much like many of the watches it came it.
