My 6309 (actually 6306) is one of my most accurate watches (scans)
Hay there Deniso. Thats sad to hear your 6309 is running so poorly,especially after going to COSERV.
Although the 6309 is NOT seikos finest movement, it is capable of outstanding accuracy, considerably so when worn on the wrist.

During the new years holiday, I wore my beast for 5 days straight, to bed, in the shower, and all day long. During that time,I kept a close eye on its accuracy. When I finally took it off after 5 days of wear,it had gained 5 seconds.

Yours is not the first bad story I`ve heard about coserv, Id suggest you find a competent watchmaker,and let him have a shot at it.
