Another minor difference >>
The SKX175 is intended for sales in the U.S. and has "Singapore" at the bottom of the dial. The SKX009K is not for U.S. sales and says nothing about the country of origin. This prompted me to send an email to Seiko Japan asking the country of origin of my SKX009K. Their reply was that it was made in Japan. I agree that it looks much better on the rubber strap as in SKX009K.
