vintage 2205 series and the vintage 4205 series.

There is a current or relatively new ladies diver (for sale on www.chronograph.com) using the 4205 movement. The watch itself is small like the old 2205's.

As for the 4205's- they can be considered mid sized, boys, or whatever. However, the ladies divers this size I have seen currently use the same movements as the 007's.
