Do you recall Shawn's post regarding sapphire drystal for the second and third model diver's? As a reminder, here's the link:

Well I mailed Bill Yao to see if he could help out. Bill is willing to supply these but he needs drawings of the cases...and I think dimensions of the crystals. This is to ensure that the 'new' crystals will fit properly with particular regard to the bevelled edge which Bill has explained is to ensure clearance by the bezel.

I've found a drawing of the 6306/6309 case here:

We need a drawing of the 6105-800x/811x case/s as well, although I think these two take the same crystal so a drawing of either should suffice; plus I think the dimensions of the crystal.

Or is it the case that the crystal for the 6105 and 6309 are interchangeable? In which case perhaps we can get away with the drawing of the 6309 only (?plus dimensions).

If we can get this information to Bill then our dream of having sapphire domed crystals for these watches has a real chance of coming true.
