I just got an SKX781 today....
and as with others I am VERY impressed with the watch. It apparently does not photograph well under normal conditions because from photos posted at various suppliers I was not impressed with the watch. Based on the recommendations of so many who have purchased one however, I felt I really should see what it was all about.
Wow...it's the nicest 7S26 diver of all of them I own. Everything about it seems a far cut above the others. Of course after seeing the real thing I decided it would be a real mistake if the orange guy didn't have a black faced version nearby. Sooooo the order went out within less than an hour of the time this one showed up.
Thanks to all of you who mentioned how nice the 779/781's are. They really are! and I appreciate the posts that got me off my butt to see it for myself.
