Watches should be cleaned in fresh water!
be careful with the hose...spraying water under pressure at a watch isn't smart.
But dive watches should be cleaned as soon as possible with fresh water!
The bezel scares me, and I do intend to use it in the water, but I think as long as its cleaned with fresh water, i don;t think there should be much of a problem...unless you really stick the watch into the sand.
