The Seiko Diver's Reference lists the production starting in.........>>>>>>>>
1976, and running to 1988. So yes it could be a 1977, but I'm gonna stick with 1987 (Wal-Mart had a sale on logic). Mike, Pete, or Lee would probably know a trick for finding out. Hope this didn't just add to the confusion. Here's a link to the Seiko Diver's Reference:
