Re: 30 YEARS!
My 6309-7009 from 1977 which I got used from a pawn shop 7 years ago has only stopped working now. That's 25 years with no service. I've had it seven and have showed it no mercy.
Since it has been so dependable I'm having it serviced. The watchmaker opened the case and tapped it on the table. I couldn't beleive the dust and bits that fell out.
Anyways I'm getting that fixed and I'm looking into a black monster now...
