My first was a 1972 6139-6005 Chronograph...(image)
My Dad bought it for me for my 13th birthday (Bar-Mitzvah). My first real watch. It was followed a few years later by my 0634-5019 LCD digital chronograph, which I also wore the crap out of. Randall's refurbing my 6139, which I should have back by my 44th birthday a week from Saturday. It'll be the watches 31st birthday and first real service. The digital rests in my watchbox and is worn occaisionally, and still works perfectly with a new battery.
