Once saw an analysis of the effects of dynamic pressure ....
.... by someone on TZ and his conclusion was that the incremental pressure due to arm movements by a human in water is at most equivalent to only a few extra meters. I don't have the reference, but he backed up his claims with lots of calculations and was obviously very knowledgable on the subject. According to him, the probability of a 200 m dive watch leaking at 70 m due to dynamic pressure is very small.
