but you are correct in stating the that underwatr dynanmic pressure increases are minimal in regard to what a human could survive. I think I concluded with the statement that the instantaneous (e.g. within 1/2 second or so) underwater pressure differentials beyound the equivalent of adding 2 or 3 meters of depth would kill you before first before it would kill your watch.
