Jimmy...are those quotes from Seiko?
Just wondered because I was under the impression that the crystal ring is a special material which is permiable to Helium rather than one that lifts to let the gas out.
Helium is small, like Hydrogen and can pass between the molecules of some materials easily while water is composed of Hydrogen and large Oxygen molecules that can't pass through these materials.
Just curious and I may have read it wrongly somewhere along the line.
