question about He gas and special gasket
Dear Sir,
first excuse my poor english in so far as it's not my mother lingage. I'm french and own e few Seiko's watches (divers, 6138 chronograph, Premier Kinetic), and i'm very happy and proud because of the high quality of Seiko production. I really was too pleased with the "Tokunaga Museum" and the very good informations we can found here.
The question is about the special gasket employed in professional diver's watches (SAT diving): is the gasket totally "He-proof", a way to keep the helium out, or do this gasket have the same utility that a classic He-gas escape?
There is here a thread about that question in the Seiko-Citizen Forum:
Thank you very much,
Best regards,
Outremer2
